I jumped onto the FitBit bandwagon when they came out. I loved being able to track how many calories I was burning throughout the day wearing this small device pinned to my clothing. What drew me to the Polar Watch was that it doesn't just measure activity levels based on your movements, but actually monitors your heart rate for a more accurate reading! I've been struggling to lose weight, this past year especially, and so this may be just the device I need to help me along; make sure I'm burning more than I'm consuming, and getting the most out of my workouts. :)
